What this means for your information

Your tour operator decides who is tracked and why, and its coordinators and guides use the information to run your tour. Huestun operates the system on their behalf, and also uses some of that information to operate, maintain and improve the service, including its fall detection. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, who can see it, how long it is kept and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Not sure which operator ran your tour?

It is the business you booked with — the name on your booking confirmation or receipt. If you are not sure, write to us with the date of your tour and roughly where it was, and we will help you work it out.
